Luscious Lemon Biscuit Mousse

(4 Cups Served)

  • Julie’s Le-Mond Lemon Sandwich 4 Packs (roughly crushed)
  • Lemon Juice 3 TBSP
  • Cream Cheese 250g
  • Icing Sugar 150g
  • Whip Cream 150g


  • Lemon Slice
  • Blueberries
  • Mint Leafs
  • Whipping Cream

Step 1:
Place cream cheese, icing sugar and lemon juice in the bowl. Beat on high speed.

Step 2:
Add the whipping cream and continue to beat until the cream is stiff and shiny.

Step 3:
Break the Julie’s Le-Mond Lemon Sandwich into small pieces.

Step 4:
Add the biscuit crumbs into a dessert cup and fully fill in the mousse mixture.

Step 5:
Place the whipping cream on top and garnish with your favourite fruits.

Step 6:
Fridge them up to 6 hours and ready to serve.
