Julie’s Le-mond Ice Cream

• Heavy whipping cream (cold) 400ml
• Sweetened condensed milk (cold) 200ml
• Julie’s Le-mond Lemon sandwiches (10 pieces)
• Vanilla extract 2 drops
• Lemon juice 50ml

Step 1:
Whip the cold cream with medium or high speed until soft peaks form.

Step 2:
Pour the cold condensed milk into the whipped cream.

Step 3:
Turn on high speed and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks form.

Step 4:
Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 5:
Add the chopped Le-mond Lemon sandwiches and mix well.

Step 6:
Freeze up to 3 hours and serve.
