• Julie’s Butter Crackers or Cheese Crackers 10 pieces
• Sliced chicken pepperoni or chicken sausage 1 ½ cup
• Green capsicum (chopped) 1
• Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
• Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups
Preheat the oven to 150°C for at least 10 minutes. Place the crackers on a flat baking tray and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each cracker biscuit.
Sprinkle the toppings (chicken pepperoni or sausage, chopped capsicum and shredded mozzarella cheese) on top.
Place the baking tray into the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Best served hot.
