• Oat 25 Ten Grains 2 packs
• 3 Apples
• 100g Brown Sugar
• 100g Cinnamon Powder 1tsp
• Lemon juice 2tbsp
• Instant Oat 100g
• Cake Flour 100g
• Butter 30g
Grate peeled apples in a large bowl.
Add sugar and fresh lemon juice, mix them well and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix Julie’s Oat 25 Ten grains crumbs, cake flour, and oats.
Preheat oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
For the first cake layer: grate some cold butter on the bottom of the pan, sprinkle 3-4 tablespoons of the oat mixture, then lightly press. Evenly spread 1/3 of the shredded apples with the juice. Repeat the same process 2 more times.
Finely, grate some cold butter on top of the cake.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Let the cake sit about 20 mins for cooling, release from the mould and cool it completely
