Julie’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy Statement

Julie’s Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (“Julie’s”) adopts a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in all its forms. We are committed to conduct business dealings in an honest, ethical and professional manner by complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and any amendments thereto (“Anti-Corruption Laws”).


Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policies & Guidelines

Julie’s has implemented policies and guidelines on Anti-Bribery & Corruption to ensure that businesses are conducted in compliance with the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Framework (ABCF). As Julie’s adopts a “No Gift Policy” whereby all employees shall not solicit or accept any gifts from and/or offer or give to any third parties that may have direct or indirect business interest with Julie’s. Julie’s also only deals with third parties who uphold and support our stance against bribery and corruption.

Dealing with Third Parties

As enshrined in Julie’s Employee Handbook, all employees are committed on combatting bribery and corruption. Julie’s expects all third parties in its business dealings which include company’s directors, employees, agents, business associates or partners, distributors, current or prospective customers, outsourcing providers, solicitors, consultants, vendours, suppliers, contractors, representatives, or anybody who has business relationship with Julie’s to conduct themselves in accordance with our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Framework (ABCF).
