Julie’s Cocoro Vanilla Cupcake

Ingredients:
• Julie’s Cocoro Black Wafer Sticks Vanilla Flavoured Cream 125g
• Butter 50g
• Castor sugar 50g
• Eggs (C grade) 2
• Sweetened condensed milk 25g

Directions:
Step 1:
In a food processor or by hand, crush the Julie’s Cocoro Black Wafer Sticks Vanilla Flavoured Cream into fine crumbs and set aside.

Step 2:
Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes or until smooth.

Step 3:
Gradually add the eggs into the mixture and mix until combined.

Step 4:
Add in Julie’s Cocoro Black Wafer Sticks Vanilla Flavoured Cream crumbs for another 1 minute (do not over-mix)..

Step 5:
Add the sweetened condensed milk into the mixer and continue mixing until even.

Step 6:
Line the muffin trays with paper muffin liners and fill 3/4 of it with the batter mixture.

Step 7:
Steam the muffins for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
