Julie’s Charm Buy & Win Contest


By participating in the Contest, you hereby agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set out herein :-



  • The “2024 Julie’s Charm Buy & Win Contest” (“the Contest”) is organised by Julie’s Marketing Sdn. Bhd. 198301008598 (103849-D) (“the Organiser”) and will run from 1 June 2024, 12:00 am to 15 July 2024, 11:59pm. (“the Contest Period”)
  • The Organiser reserves the absolute right to amend the Contest Period if deemed necessary without any prior notice.
  • All entries received before/after/outside the Contest Period shall not be entertained and will be deemed invalid.
  • The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the submission of the entry which may result in the contestants/participants being omitted from the selection process during the Contest Period.


  • This Contest is open to everyone in Malaysia with a valid NRIC, aged 18 years and/or above as of 1 June 2024. The following groups are excluded from participation: employees, immediate family members of employees, business partners, dealers of the Organiser, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies, elected printing vendors, digital technology providers, and other suppliers.
  • The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Contest’s terms and conditions, information/playing steps incomplete, technical problems occurred, engage in abusive, deceit or fraudulent behaviour in relation to the Contest, makes false representations or statements, or violates any applicable law or regulation, from entering the Contest and where such contestants/participants is one of the winners, from receiving the prize. Any prize already collected by such winner may be revoked and/or reclaimed by the Organiser.
  • Each contestant/participant agrees that he/she shall enter the Contest at his/her own risk and shall be solely responsible for all risks of participating in the Contest, the Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any and all damages, losses, claims, costs or proceedings, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered or incurred by any of the contestant/participant arising in any way out of or in connection with their participation in the Contest.


  • To participate in this promotion, entrants may enter the competition multiple times by making separate purchases of RM10 or more on Julie’s CHARM Sandwich (172g or 86g), with each purchase supported by a unique legible receipt. This purchase can be made either in-store or online and must be evidenced by a legible receipt.
  • The receipt or invoice must originate from the point of sale systems of Retail Brand Name. It should clearly bear the name and/or logo of the outlet where the purchase was made.
  • Additionally, the receipt or invoice should detail the receipt number, products purchased, date of purchase, and total purchase amount.
  • The purchased item cannot be subjected to refunds, returns, exchanges, or any other transactions that would result in the cancellation of the purchase of the participating models.
  • Enter the contest by either scanning the QR code located on our Point of Sale materials (POSM) or by clicking on our social media ads/posts, which will direct them to the contest Google Form.
  • Participants must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the contest.
  • Participants are required to complete the registration by filling in the necessary details.
  • Upload a clear and legible photo of your receipt in jpg, jpeg or png format. The size of the photo should not exceed 5MB.
  • To complete their contest entry and stay updated on the contest’s progress as well as other future events, participants should ‘like’ and ‘follow’ the Julie’s Biscuits’s social media page as below:

Note: Incomplete entries or entries with unclear images of the receipt will be disqualified. Failure to provide a hard copy of the receipt if requested will also result in disqualification.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-saleable, and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation or rebate.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or lesser value, at its sole discretion.
  • The Organiser shall not assume any responsibility or liability for any and all matters of or in connection with the prize (including without limitation its quality, condition or functionality) and any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the prize or the use or disposal thereof. The Organiser has the right to change any prizes without prior notice.
  • Participants may enter the competition multiple times by making separate purchases of RM10 or more on Julie’s CHARM (172g or 86g), with each purchase supported by a unique legible receipt.
  • Attempts to redeem the offer multiple times using different accounts, email addresses, or identities (including actions typically associated with ‘contest hunters’) are strictly prohibited.
  • Attempts to redeem this offer multiple times using different accounts or identities may result in disqualification from future promotions and/or legal action.
  • Contest hunters will be disqualified from this promotion and any future promotions organized by the Organiser.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to conduct a thorough verification process for each individual claiming the prize. This process includes, but is not limited to, verifying the identity of the claimant and checking the validity of the receipt and entry details.
  • While a participant may initially be informed of winning a prize, this outcome is not the final result. The Organiser may refuse redemption or alter the awarded prize if there are reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent or multiple claims are being made by the same person, or if any terms and conditions are not met.
  • Final confirmation of the win will be provided only after successful completion of the verification process.
  • Any fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to the use of bots, scripts, or automated systems, by contest hunters or any other participants, will result in immediate disqualification.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • By redeeming this offer, each person agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.



  • Winners will be selected through a draw and announced on our social media page.
  • Redemption is limited to the announced winners after the Contest Period.
  • Only valid entries are to be considered. An entry is considered valid when all required procedures as stated in How to Participate section are being followed. The Organiser nonetheless reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever. Any decision from the Organiser is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • Winner(s) selection will be at the discretion of the Organiser provided the entry meets the qualification criteria.
  • The winner(s) will be notified via Whatsapp, email, social media post, or any other means of communication deemed fit by the Organiser based on the details furnished during the participation, including the method of redemption. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event that the winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any notification to the winner(s).
  • The Organiser has appointed a Media Company, VForce Media Sdn Bhd, to contact the winners on behalf of the Organiser. Winners will be contacted exclusively through the contest number +60 17-457 5094. Any communication claiming to be from the Organiser, VForce Media Sdn Bhd, or associated with the contest that comes from a different phone number should be ignored, as it may not be genuine.
  • Winner(s) must provide their full details upon request for verification purposes. The Organiser and any party acting on the Organiser’s behalf may use such details to communicate with winner(s) on matters relating to the Contest.
  • All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the contestants/participants.
  • It is the winners’ responsibilities to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy, or similar impost relating to the award of the prize, and the Organiser shall have no responsibility or liability in respect thereof.
  • Unclaimed Prizes shall be withdrawn by the Organiser and the Winner(s) shall no longer be entitled to claim any prize in any form. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the prizes to the winner(s).
  • The Organiser reserves the right to change the redemption method and period, notifying winner(s) via phone, direct message, email, social media post, or any other means of communication deemed fit by the Organiser.


  • All submission materials will be the property of the Organiser and the contestants/participants will not claim, use, or exploit the submission materials for any purpose by any means at any time. Contestants/participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the submission materials.  By entering the Contest, each contestants/participants agrees that the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the names, details and/or photographs of winning contestants/participants as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without further notice.  Winning contestants/participants further agree that in consideration for being awarded the prize, the winner(s) shall waive all rights associated with their pictures, images or details and are not entitled to claim any payment in any form, fee, or compensation for the use of their pictures, images, or details.
  • By participating in the Contest, all contestants/participants confirms that he/she holds all intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright) in his/her entry and that he/she has obtained prior written approval for the use of any third party copyrighted material contained in the submitted entry. Each contestants/participants warrants that his/her entry is an original work of his/her authorship and does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party or contain any content which is misleading, deceptive, illegal, inappropriate for publication or is corrupted by any virus or disabling code.
  • By participating in the Contest, all contestants/participants further acknowledges and agrees that he/she grants the Organiser an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, exclusive licence (including the right to sublicence) to use, copy, change, edit, modify, adjust, adapt, exploit, transmit, distribute and publish his/her entry on the owned media operated by the Organiser and/or its affiliates.  Where any entry contains any third party copyrighted material, the contestants/participants warrants that he/she has procured the Organiser such licence.
  • By participating in the Contest, all contestants/participants are fully aware and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions and decisions made by the Organiser. All decisions made with regards to the Contest are final and no correspondence thereon shall be entertained.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered with, or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons and any such amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Content website.  Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
  • The contestants/participants shall indemnify the Organisers, their related companies, and their respective officers, employees and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, loss or expenses (including legal expenses on a full indemnity basic) resulting from any breach of these Terms and Conditions.



  • The Organiser receives and processes the contestants/participants personal data in accordance with Organiser’s privacy policy (“please click here to refer privacy policy”) and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 when contestants/participants provide personal data to Organiser. Contestants/participants acknowledge that they have agreed the Organiser’s terms and conditions upon participation in the Contest by allowing Organiser to collect, use and process contestants’/participants’ personal data in accordance with Organiser’s privacy policy (“please refer to privacy policy”) and PDPA for the following purposes:
  • Sending contestants/participants information related to online promotions, contests and events, and related to Organiser’s marketing activities, unless contestants/participants have indicated to Organiser that they do not wish for Organiser to process their personal data for such purposes;
  • Using contestants/participants information for marketing and statistical analysis for planning and demo-graphical use;
  • Complying with local law and regulatory requirements or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
  • Any other purposes related to Organiser’s marketing activities.
  • Contestants’/participants’ personal data which they have provided to Organiser in their application to participate in the Contest will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by Organiser for purposes relating to the administration of the Contest and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and Organiser’s other legitimate business purpose. Please be informed that contestants’/participants’ personal data may be disclosed to Organiser’s affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners such as public relations agencies, market research firms, advertising agencies, courier agencies (if any) for the purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws.
