Major Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI.
  • Planning and executing promotion at the outlets to meet trade excellence.
  • Regularly servicing stores as per designated coverage.
  • Performing to DSO/debt collection and resolving long outstanding where applicable.
  • Opening new outlets and attending sales enquiries.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by superior and Company.


Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM with 2 years working experience in the sales industry, and experience in FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong management skills with key outlets of modern and general trade.
  • Willing to travel and able to work in fast pace environment.
  • Strong desire to deliver results, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, honest and accountable.
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English and any other dialects would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in SFA (sales force automation) would be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.
