1. Organiser:

2. Redemption Period
The redemption period starts from 1 December 2021 and ends while stocks last. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend and/or postpone the Redemption Period and/or cancel/terminate the contest and/or change, amend, delete and/or add to the Redemption Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
This redemption is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above, from the start of the Redemption Period. The Organiser reserves the right to request for evidence of identification documents.
4. Redemption Method
a. Outlet Store
Customers who purchase any Julie’s Peanut Butter Sandwich and/or Cheese Sandwich and/or Oat 25 series products worth up to RM15 in a single receipt are entitled to redeem ONE set of Julie’s Eco-friendly Reusable Pastry Mat for free from the redemption/customer service counter, customer may check with the staff/promoter in the outlet. The receipts must be printed from the point of sale systems must include the receipt number and the product value and/or name/logo of the outlet at which the purchase was made.

b. Julie’s Shopee and Lazada Flagship Store
Customers who purchase any two packs of Julie’s Peanut Butter Sandwich 360g and/or Cheese Sandwich 336g and/or Oat 25 300g (any flavour) in a single receipt are entitled to redeem ONE set of Julie’s Eco-friendly Reusable Pastry Mat for free. The premium will be sent to the customer along with the delivery of order(s).

5. Premium
Julie’s Eco-friendly Reusable Pastry Mat
a. The redemption of premium is while stocks last on a first-come-first-serve basis.
b. The Organiser shall reserve the rights at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the premium items with another of similar value, at any time without prior notice. Premium is provided on an “as is” basis and is not exchangeable for credit, other items, or voucher in part or in full.
c. The Organiser and Outlets will not be held responsible for any incorrect, defect, damage premium after the redemption.
d. The Organiser and Outlets will not be held responsible in case of accident, injury, damage or claims as a result of using Julie’s Eco-friendly Reusable Pastry Mat.
6. Additional Terms
a. All Participants must abide by the terms and conditions attached to the premiums.
b. By participating in the redemption, you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and the processing of your personal information in the Privacy Notice.

c. The Organiser’s decision of the Organiser is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, revoke or cancel the terms of the redemption without prior notice.
d. The Organizer reserves the right to postpone the date and change the place for premium redemption that has been determined in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
e. Any personal information, including without limitation, the participant’s name, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be collected, stored, used and disclosed strictly in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and therefore solely in connection with this Redemption and for any purpose for which the participant specifically opts in and will not be
disclosed to any third party (other than the Organiser’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, contractors and agents assisting in conducting the Redemption) except for the purpose of delivering the premium in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
f. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, lost/delayed/misdirected mail, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access, for problems uploading the printed receipt onto the microsite, or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete entry.
g. This Redemption and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and each Participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
