Terms and Conditions

Organizer, Duration & Eligibility:

1. The Love Letters 705g Redemption Campaign [“Redemption Program”] is organized by Julie’s Marketing Sdn. Bhd. [“Organizer”] and is valid from 3^rd January to 9^th February 2024. [“Redemption Period”]
2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, or Redemption Period at its discretion.
3. This Redemption is open to all shoppers in Malaysia [“Participants”].
4. Participants can receive a Julie’s Ceramic Plate (worth RM29.90) for free (Random Colour) by purchasing any four(4) tubs of Love Letters 705g in a single transaction/receipt during the Redemption Period in Participating Outlets.

Note: Love Letters 705g inclusive of, Love Letters Lemon 705g, Love Letters Chocolate 705g, Love Letters Strawberry 705g, Love Letters Vanilla 705g [“Participating Products’].

5. Redemption is subject to available quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Redemption Mechanics:

1. Participants must purchase a minimum of four(4) units Participating Products in a single receipt in Participating Outlets during the Redemption Period, Participants will be eligible to receive a free Julie’s Ceramic Plate (Random Colour).
2. The free Julie’s Ceramic Plate will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to stock availability.
3. Participants may redeem their free Julie’s Ceramic Plate at the point of purchase upon presenting the receipt as proof of eligibility, collect from promoter/ redemption counter in each Participating Outlet.
4. Each purchase of four(4) units of Participating Products qualifies for one free Julie’s Ceramic Plate.
5. Redemption requests with incomplete details, late submissions, or without Proof of Purchase will be considered invalid.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organizer:

1. By participating, Participants agree to abide by the Redemption Program’s terms and conditions. The Organizer’s decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.
2. Participants grant permission to the Organizer to process their personal data provided during the Redemption Program.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the free Julie’s Ceramic Plate with an item of equal or greater value at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

General Conditions:

1. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the participation in the Redemption Program or the use of the redeemed items.
3. The Redemption Program is valid while stocks last, and the Organizer does not guarantee the availability of free items throughout the Redemption Period.
4. By participating in this Redemption Campaign, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Organizer’s decision on any matter relating to the Redemption Program is final and binding.
