Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing/coordinating marketing and creative social media campaigns and keeping our brand fresh and relevant in the ever-changing consumer landscape. You will work closely with other division and departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events and on-ground activations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build creative social media campaigns to collaborate with our internal social media team to align on the marketing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the success of our campaigns.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, roadshows, and media events.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaign, collateral, digital, events and activations.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company.

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism or any related field.
  • Passionate, positive and can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office, other relevant software and application.
  • Willing to work in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport
